Manufacturer

Manufacturer name and addressName, registered trade name or trademark, with a postal and email address where the manufacturer can be reached.

Responsible person in the EU

EU responsible person for a non-EU manufacturerIf the manufacturer is outside the EU, the offer shows an EU-based responsible person (Art. 16) with name and contact details.

Product identification

Clear identificationType and, where relevant, a batch or serial number that identifies the product. At least one product imageAn image that shows the product, so the consumer recognises it.

Warnings and safety

Safety warnings visibleRelevant warnings and safety information appear in the offer, before purchase. In an understandable languageIn a language the consumer easily understands - often multilingual in Belgium.
